You think you know a person
Sometimes you do
Sometimes you don’t
When you do
A friendship could last
Forever
But sometimes…
Your first impression
Is wrong
A person can be different
Can change
Be two faced
And you
Sometimes
Don’t see the bad things
In a person
For what reasons
Can people be so cruel
To their “friends”
To them selves?
For what?
You may never know
I may never know
Sometimes
It’s for popularity
Attention
And who knows what else
They feel that
To be important
To be recognized
As a special person
They have to be cruel
And sneer at others
Sometimes
To their own “friends”
And then they lose
Someone who
Could have been
A friend for life
